DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to get your order to you within 5-7 days, however delivery times are not guaranteed.
Orders placed at weekends will be processed on a Monday, or the next working day following a Bank Holiday. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Once your order is on it’s way, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way.
We apologise if your delivery is delayed due to problems which are beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Delivery of goods will be sent to the address provided by you on the order. Please ensure the delivery address you have entered is correct, as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternate delivery option to the courier.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us unused and in perfect re-sellable condition including the original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee.
You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the goods received were faulty.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure the items are not damaged in transit. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds are processed within 72 hours once the goods are received and can take up to 7-10 days for the refunded money to be returned to your account.
If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the item and packaging and send them to us at; email@example.com so we can discuss returns and refunds. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of delivery to advise us of damaged items. We cannot accept returns reported after this time.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at; firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund, providing your order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will have to follow the usual returns procedure.
From time to time, we may offer a pre order option on a selection of products, which are due in stock. If you chose to pre order an item alongside items that are in stock, we will only ship the entire order once all the items are in stock.
